* Products ID, Size and Quantity * Which country do you come from? ( different prices for different countries ) * Any questions about our product or service * How do you learn about us ? ( through Google, or through which B2B website, or through other ways ) If your email can provide us this information, we will be grateful, and you can get 1% EXTRA DISCOUNT for your order.
(2) When we receive your email, We will quote you the detailed prices for your order.
(3) When you decide on your order, you can wire the money via Western Union, and send us your shipping information (receiver's name, address, zip code, tel numbers).
(4) Once we receive your payment, we will arrange your goods for shipping with 24 hours, and give you the tracking numbers, with which you can check your order status online before you receive it.
(5) Usually the packages will reach your door within 5 to 7 days (not including holiday and weekend). It depends on where you are located in.
(6) We would appreciate if you give feedback when you have received the package.

2.Delivery
Shipping time:
We use the following carriers: EMS, TNT, UPS, DHL, FedEx.
We do not accept COD. The shipping time is 3-7 days depending on location.

Yes. We currently ship to many international locations.
6. Can you reserve the shoes for me until I can pay for it
Yes of course, the only thing you have to do is to confirm it by e-mail and we will keep them for you for one week.
However, after one week, if we haven't received your payment, we will sell it further to someone else.
